The glass bottle with cream dispenser represents a professional packaging material suitable for various types of cosmetic formulations that require convenient and precise dosing. Thanks to the high-quality glass and practical pump cap, this packaging is ideal for filling emulsions, gels and cream preparations where protection against contact with air and minimisation of contamination of the contents is important.
The dark glass of the bottle provides natural protection of sensitive ingredients from light, which is especially advantageous for products containing plant extracts, oils or active substances prone to degradation. Closing with a dispenser also ensures convenient and controlled use, making this bottle suitable even for products intended for everyday care.
This glass bottle is supplied with a practical cream dispenser that ensures convenient application and even dosing of thicker preparations. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging works optimally with the particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly provided strict hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. Only after the packaging and components are completely dry is the packaging ready for refilling.
We recommend first mechanically rinsing the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow to dry. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner surfaces and threads with an alcohol‑based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant‑based ethanol. For the dispenser we recommend rinsing with a suitable medium and testing its functionality before re‑use.
Dark glass is generally more suitable for recipes containing light‑sensitive components such as plant extracts, oils or certain active substances, because it helps limit the penetration of light to the contents. In this way it can contribute to longer stability and preservation of the qualitative properties of the product. Nevertheless, it is always necessary to take into account other factors such as the type of preservation, storage conditions and the recommendations of the raw‑material manufacturer.
If you decide not to re‑use the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle is usually placed in the container intended for glass, while the plastic components of the dispenser belong in the container for plastics, or in mixed waste if it is not possible to sort them according to local rules. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the bottle to remove product residues in order to facilitate the recycling process and reduce the amount of residual waste.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. Using the filter you can clearly narrow down the packaging options according to parameters such as neck type and diameter, size, colour or material. This allows you to quickly find bottles, jars or pots that best match the composition and method of use of your product.
