Is this packaging suitable for repeated use?

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispensing top must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable preparation, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. It is advisable to carry out disinfection after washing and completely drying the packaging in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the new contents.

How should I properly clean and maintain the plastic medicine bottle with dispenser?

We recommend first mechanically rinsing the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild detergent intended for hand washing. Then it is advisable to rinse the packaging thoroughly with clean water so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain in it. After drying, it is important to disinfect the inner surface and the dosing mechanism with an alcohol solution (e.g. IPA or ethanol) and allow it to evaporate completely. Then proceed according to the recycling recommendations given in the product parameters, where the type of plastic material and the relevant recycling marking are specified. If possible, it is advisable to separate the bottle and the cap from each other and sort them into the appropriate plastic container according to local waste collection rules.
