Thanks to precise closing with a safety ring, this bottle is suitable for formulations where controlled dosage and reliable protection against unintended opening are important.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean and disinfect the packaging thoroughly in order to minimize the risk of contamination of the new batch of product. For disinfection we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you will find in our range. After cleaning, allow the bottle and cap to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill it.
First remove residues of the original contents by rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent and warm water (not boiling). Then rinse the bottle and cap with distilled or demineralised water. For disinfection, use an alcohol solution such as isopropyl alcohol 99 % or ethanol 96 % denatured of plant origin, which are available in our range as disinfection aids for packaging. After applying the alcohol, let the packaging dry naturally so that the alcohol evaporates completely, and only then refill the bottle.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can, after removing residues of contents and any labels, be placed in the appropriate glass container according to local waste separation. Sort the cap and any plastic components according to their material (this information is given in the product details). Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to minimize the amount of product residues in the collection system.
This bottle is most suitable for thin to slightly viscous liquid formulations where precise and controlled dosing in small quantities is required. These include, for example, serums, facial and hair oils, concentrated solutions, drop preparations or aromatic blends. For thicker cream or gel products, packaging with a pump or a jar may be more practical. We always recommend testing whether the selected type of closure or applicator enables smooth dosing of the specific formulation.
