The green glass bottle with a white-gold sprayer is a practical packaging suitable for daily dispensing of cosmetic and technical liquids in the form of a fine spray. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise spray pattern, it helps to apply products hygienically, economically and comfortably, without unnecessary contact with the contents. The green glass supports better protection of more sensitive formulations from external influences and, in combination with the aesthetic sprayer, creates a representative and functional packaging for both home and professional use.
This product is a combination of a glass bottle and a sprayer, designed to be functional and user-friendly. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the dispensing behaviour and the behaviour of the specific formulation in contact with the packaging during short-term and long-term storage.

Glass packaging is generally very well suited for most liquid cosmetic formulations, including products containing oils or alcohol. Before filling, we recommend performing your own stability test – first fill a smaller amount, monitor the behaviour of the product over several days and check the functionality of the sprayer (smooth operation, fineness of the spray and sealing).
The bottle can be used repeatedly, provided that basic hygiene rules are observed and the packaging is not mechanically damaged. Before each new filling, it is important to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after the packaging has completely dried do we recommend refilling, ideally with a product of a similar type, in order to minimize the risk of residual fragrance or components from the previous formula.
We recommend cleaning the sprayer by rinsing it with lukewarm water or a mild neutral cleaning solution, and then pumping clean water through the mechanism several times to remove residues of the original product. After cleaning, allow the individual parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Avoid using hot water and strong mechanical stress, which could damage the delicate parts of the sprayer mechanism. For thicker or highly oily blends, it is advisable to check the sprayer regularly and, if its functionality decreases, replace it with a new one.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the recommendations for the materials given in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed, after thorough emptying and rinsing, in a container designated for glass. The sprayer is made up of several components (plastic, metal spring, etc.), so we recommend classifying it as mixed or separated waste according to local collection rules and according to the material designation in the parameters. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging in order to minimize the burden on the environment.

We recommend starting precisely with the choice of material and neck, so that you can easily combine the packaging with a suitable closure or dispenser.
