The plastic bottle with glossy dispenser represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for liquid preparations that require convenient and controlled dispensing. It is designed to ensure comfort, clean application, and a professional appearance of the finished product during everyday use.
Thanks to the high-quality plastic body and functional dispensing mechanism, this bottle is suitable for packaging various liquid formulations, such as creams, gels, or emulsions. The closure and dispensing are designed to minimize the contact of the contents with air and impurities, thereby supporting the stability and longer shelf life of the product under proper storage conditions.
The elegant color design combining a white container and a black-gold glossy dispenser gives the product a premium appearance, which makes the packaging suitable also for smaller brands, artisan cosmetics, or gift sets, where the aesthetics of the final product are also important.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispenser that is ready for immediate use without the need for additional accessories. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing, and behavior of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the final product will be reliable and safe in use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser and then disinfect them with a suitable preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly to prevent dilution or alteration of your formulation.
It is advisable to first disassemble the dispenser into the accessible parts according to the possibilities of the specific mechanism. Rinse the individual parts with lukewarm water and a mild detergent and flush them thoroughly so that no cleaner residues remain. You can then briefly flush them with disinfectant alcohol and allow them to dry completely at room temperature. When cleaning, avoid using hot water and aggressive chemicals that could damage the seals or the functionality of the pump.
When filling, we recommend using a funnel or a filling nozzle to minimize the contact of the product with the thread and the rim of the neck. Do not fill the bottle completely to the top – leave a small air gap, which will facilitate fitting the dispenser and reduce the risk of the contents being pushed out when closing. After filling, gently wipe off any impurities on the rim and thread with a clean, lint-free cloth or a disposable paper towel.
If you decide not to continue using the bottle and dispenser, we recommend first emptying them and removing product residues. Then separate the packaging according to the materials used as stated in the product parameters and follow the sorting recommendations at your place of residence. Plastic parts are generally intended for the appropriate container for plastics, and metal or combined components should be sorted according to local separation rules. By sorting correctly, you contribute to effective recycling and to reducing the amount of waste.
The simplest way to find a suitable packaging is to use the extended filter in the relevant category. After clicking on the packaging category at the top of the page, an option appears to filter according to several parameters – you can choose a specific neck, the desired size, color, and material. By combining these filters, you will quickly narrow down the offer to bottles, jars, or vials that best match the character of your formulation and the visual style of your brand.
Before introducing the packaging into regular production, we recommend performing trial filling and both short-term and longer-term observation. Pay particular attention to the behavior of the material in contact with your formulation – any changes in color, smell, softening, or conversely brittleness. Also test the sealing of the dispenser during transport in a horizontal position to determine whether any leakage occurs. For more viscous products, it is advisable to verify whether the pump dispenses smoothly and without clogging even after standing for a longer time.
