Plastic medicine bottle with white dispenser is a practical packaging suitable for precise dosing of smaller amounts of liquids as well as gel formulations. Thanks to the reliable dispenser, it enables controlled and hygienic application of the contents without unnecessary waste and contact with air, which helps maintain the stability and quality of your formulations.
This compact packaging is ideal for manufacturers, small brands and home formulators who need to safely pack concentrated products, serums, medicinal preparations or functional cosmetic formulations. The dispenser’s closing mechanism reduces the risk of accidental leakage during transport and improves user comfort in everyday routines.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispenser, which is directly configured on Handymade as a ready-to-use functional unit. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – especially of sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, pH, alcohol content or proportion of oil components).

The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the medicine bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow the inside of the bottle as well as the dispenser to dry completely in order to minimise the risk of contamination of your product.
When filling, we recommend leaving sufficient free space below the neck so that the dosing mechanism has room to function correctly and so that overfilling does not occur. Fill using clean tools intended for cosmetic formulations and avoid getting product into the thread and onto the outer walls. After filling, always check that the dispenser is firmly tightened and perform several test pumps to verify smooth dosing.
The medicine bottle with dispenser is intended for liquid to slightly viscous products. Thick gels or highly viscous formulations may restrict smooth dosing. Before final implementation in serial production, we therefore recommend making a trial batch and verifying how your specific formula behaves during dosing – whether the product passes through the mechanism without problems and whether the dose is released evenly.
The easiest way is to use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Using the filter, you can quickly narrow down your selection according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour and material. This way you will find a suitable bottle, medicine bottle or other packaging exactly for your formulation and design requirements.
We recommend storing the packaging in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. After each use, close the dispenser carefully to minimise the product’s contact with air and dust. For more sensitive active ingredients, follow the recommendations of the raw material manufacturer and monitor the stability of the product throughout its period of use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, placing it in sorted waste collection according to the material type stated in the product parameters and on the recycling symbol of the packaging. Before handing it over for collection, it is advisable to separate the individual parts (e.g. bottle body and dispenser) in accordance with the recommendations of the local waste sorting system. In this way, you enable more efficient material processing and its reuse in the recycling chain.
