Square glass bottle with spray pump represents a professional packaging solution suitable for dispensing a fine mist when applying cosmetic preparations, hygiene solutions or auxiliary solutions for household and workshop use. High-quality clear glass in combination with a practical black spray pump ensures controlled application of the product, good stability during storage and an elegant appearance of the finished product. The packaging is designed to enable precise, hygienic and repeatable dosing of liquid formulations.
Glass bottles in this category are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators), depending on the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure of safe and long-term reliable use.

Yes, this type of glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the packaging and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the safe usability of your products.
The spray pump is optimal especially for low-viscosity, free-flowing liquids that need to be applied as a fine mist or an even spray. Typically these are toning waters, hydrolats, refreshing sprays, disinfectant solutions and light hair or body products. For thicker or highly oily blends, we recommend first testing dosing smoothness and spray uniformity on a small trial sample.
First rinse the bottle with a suitable solvent (e.g. water or alcohol, depending on the type of the original contents), then wash it with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. After drying, the packaging must be disinfected – we recommend applying or rinsing the inside of the packaging with an alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based, and allowing it to air out. For the spray pump, it is advisable to press the pump several times with the disinfectant solution so that the internal liquid path is also cleaned.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in a glass container after removal of product residues. The plastic spray pump and the top part must be separated and sorted as plastics, if the local waste collection system allows it. Before placing it in the container, we recommend rinsing the packaging to minimize the amount of product residues and facilitate subsequent recycling.
