The plastic medicine bottle with sprayer is a practical and lightweight packaging for liquid formulations, designed for precise and hygienic dosing with a fine mist spray. Thanks to the combination of a durable plastic body and a functional sprayer, it is suitable for filling cosmetic products, auxiliary solutions, and homemade blends where even and economical application of the contents is important.

The brown version of the bottle helps to limit light access to the contents, which is particularly advantageous for more sensitive components, while the black sprayer ensures comfortable everyday use. The packaging is designed to be practical for hand production as well as for small-scale series production, and at the same time to look professional in the finished product.

This product is a combination of bottle and sprayer, factory-adjusted to work together. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing, and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Can I reuse this plastic medicine bottle with sprayer for different products?

The packaging can be reused for the same type of products if correct hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the sprayer and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or denatured ethanol of plant origin (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for refilling.

How should I correctly clean and disinfect the bottle with sprayer before further use?

First, rinse the packaging mechanically with suitable warm water and, if necessary, with a mild, non-aggressive cleaning agent to remove residues of the original contents. Then we recommend carrying out disinfection using alcohol-based preparations such as isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol of plant origin, which are available in the Handymade range. It is advisable to pour the disinfectant solution through the sprayer itself as well, so that the entire dispensing mechanism is cleaned. After disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry thoroughly at room temperature.

How can I safely recycle this bottle if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend sorting it into separate collection according to the material specified in the product parameters. Before handing it over for collection, empty the packaging, remove any remaining contents, and separate the individual parts (the bottle body and the sprayer) if they are made of different materials. Then place them in the appropriate container for sorted waste according to local waste collection rules. By following the recommended recycling method, you support the recovery of the materials used.

Is the spray mechanism also suitable for more viscous emulsions or oil blends?

The sprayer is most suitable for low-viscosity liquids such as aqueous or hydro-alcoholic solutions and very light blends. With more viscous emulsions or highly oily formulations, suction may be impaired, atomisation may become uneven, or the nozzle may clog. Therefore, for new recipes we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the dosing method, spray stability, and the behaviour of the blend in the packaging during use and storage.
