Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise spray mechanism, it is suitable for cosmetic preparations, aromatherapy blends, as well as laboratory or craft products where an accurate dose without hand contact is important.
This type of bottle is designed to ensure comfortable application in the form of a mist or fine spray, helping to reduce raw material consumption while maintaining the cleanliness of both the packaging and the contents. The combination of a glass dropper bottle and a high-quality sprayer enables safe and controlled packaging of liquid products that require a stable environment and protection against contamination.
This product represents a combination of glass dropper bottle and sprayer, designed to provide a functional and aesthetically harmonised solution when filling liquid preparations. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, both the bottle and the spray mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol 1 l or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based 1 l. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and affecting the quality of the new refill.
The bottle with sprayer is ideal for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that are to be applied as a fine mist – for example facial and body sprays, floral waters, air fresheners, aromatherapy blends or herbal solutions for external use. For thicker emulsions or oils, we always recommend performing a dosing test to verify the smooth functionality of the sprayer.
Before reuse, it is advisable first to rinse the bottle with warm water and, depending on the type of previous filling, use a mild cleaning agent intended for laboratory or cosmetic equipment. The packaging must then be thoroughly rinsed with clean water, allowed to dry completely and disinfected with an alcohol solution, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol 1 l or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based 1 l. For the sprayer, we recommend allowing the disinfectant solution to pass through the mechanism so that the internal part is also cleaned.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material composition indicated in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can, after removing product residues and plastic components, be sorted into a container intended for glass. The plastic sprayer must be separated and sorted according to the type of plastic given in the parameter table, or handed over within plastic waste collection. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the packaging so that no product residues remain inside.
