The glass medicine bottle with spray closure represents a professional packaging option for liquid preparations where precise, fine and hygienic dosing in the form of spraying is important. This bottle with sprayer is supplied as a functional unit, ready for immediate use without the need to look for another closure. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that your specific product will perform safely and stably in the packaging.

Before first use, we recommend thoroughly washing the bottle, rinsing it and letting it dry. Afterwards, it is advisable to disinfect the inside of the medicine bottle as well as the plastic parts of the sprayer with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the packaging ready to be filled with your formulation.
Yes, the packaging can be reused provided that hygienic principles are observed. After the contents have been used up, we recommend completely cleaning the medicine bottle and sprayer, rinsing them and then disinfecting them with alcohol, for example using the preparations IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after thorough drying and airing of the alcohol is the container ready for a new filling.
For trouble-free functioning of the sprayer it is important that the product has an appropriate viscosity and does not contain larger undissolved particles. Before final filling, we recommend testing a small trial amount in the bottle, checking the evenness of the spray and, if necessary, adjusting the composition (for example through better filtration or by changing the ratio of oil phase to water phase). After each use, careful closing with the top cap also helps prevent the product from drying in the nozzle.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend emptying it and separating the individual parts according to material. The glass body of the bottle usually belongs in the glass container, while the plastic parts of the sprayer and the top cap should go into the appropriate sorted waste according to local collection rules. When recycling, follow the material marking listed in the product parameters and the recommendations of your municipality or collection company.
