The square glass bottle with nasal spray is a practical packaging intended for precise dosing of nasal solutions, hydrosols and other liquid preparations applied into the nasal cavity. Thanks to the combination of high-quality glass and a special nasal sprayer, it is suitable for filling gentle formulations that require hygienic, controlled and even atomization.
Glass is a stable, chemically resistant material that minimizes interaction with the contents, making this packaging ideal for water- or alcohol-based solutions, herbal extracts and other sensitive liquids. The nasal spray provides targeted application, comfortable use and economical dosing, which makes the bottle suitable for both professional and home respiratory care projects.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of glass bottle and nasal sprayer, ready for immediate use for nasal solutions and similar liquid formulations. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly with a suitable type of formulation, always under strict observance of hygiene rules. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with an appropriate alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or ethanol (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). This minimizes the risk of microbial contamination of the nasal solution.
The nasal sprayer should only be disassembled to the extent allowed by its construction without forcing it open. After rinsing with lukewarm water, you can briefly rinse the internal parts with an alcohol-based disinfectant solution and let them air-dry. It is important to prevent mechanical damage to the tube and nozzle so that dosing remains even. After reassembly, we recommend testing the spray with clean water to check that atomization is smooth and without clogging.
The bottle with nasal spray is suitable for thin liquid solutions such as water-based preparations, saline solutions, hydrosols or solutions with a lower proportion of alcohol. It works best with low-viscosity formulations that allow a fine mist to be created. Thick gels or oils are not ideal because they can impair atomization and clog the nozzle.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. After emptying and rinsing, the glass bottle can usually be placed in the container designated for glass, while the plastic parts of the sprayer belong in the separate collection of plastics, unless local rules state otherwise. Before sorting, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging to make its further processing in the recycling process easier.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. This allows you to quickly choose packaging according to neck type, size, colour and material. By filtering, you can adapt the bottle or vial to the intended use, the chosen design and the technical requirements of your formulation.
When filling nasal solutions, it is important to work in the cleanest environment possible, to use clean tools and a disinfected packaging. Before the actual filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle and disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol, for example with isopropyl alcohol- or ethanol-based products available in our range, and allowing it to dry completely. Afterwards, it is advisable to carry out a trial filling of a small sample, test the atomization and only then fill the entire planned amount of nasal solution.
