Can this glass vial with nasal spray be used repeatedly?

The packaging can be reused with a suitable formulation and without damage to the mechanism, provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the nasal atomizer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný. Allow the disinfectant to evaporate, or rinse the packaging with a suitable medium according to the nature of the solution being prepared. Always consider repeated use with regard to the type of product and the required level of hygiene.

For which type of preparations is this nasal bottle with spray most suitable?

The glass nasal vial with spray is intended primarily for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity that can be evenly misted (nasal solutions, moisturizing sprays, herbal nasal blends). For thicker gels or oil-based formulations, spraying may be limited, so it is always advisable to first test the behaviour of the specific recipe in a small quantity.

How should I properly clean and maintain the nasal atomizer so that it does not clog?

To maintain full functionality, we recommend that after the contents have been used up, you flush the inside of the atomizer and the nozzle with a suitable liquid (for example boiled water or a solution according to the type of preparation used) to remove any residue of the solution. You can then disinfect the components using alcohol-based products such as IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný, and allow them to dry completely. Avoid mechanical damage to the nozzle with sharp objects so as not to impair the spray distribution.

How can I correctly recycle the glass bottle and plastic parts after use?

If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. After emptying and rinsing, place the glass part of the bottle into the container intended for glass. The plastic components of the atomizer (including the nasal nozzle and any tube) should, after being separated from the glass, be placed in plastic collection, provided that local sorting rules allow it. Always follow the local system of separated waste collection and the material information on the product sheet.
