Plastic bottle – pill bottle with white-silver spray pump represents a practical and hygienic solution for packaging liquid formulations where gentle and even application is important. Thanks to the combination of a transparent plastic body and a precisely dosing spray pump, it is suitable for a wide range of cosmetic and auxiliary preparations where it is necessary to control the amount of applied dose and minimize contact with the contents.
The packaging is designed to allow comfortable, clean and economical dispensing of preparations in the form of a fine spray. The transparent bottle makes it easier to visually check the contents and the fill level, which is advantageous for both professional and hobby use. The integrated spray pump ensures consistent dispersion of the preparation, thereby increasing comfort when applying it to the skin, hair, textiles or surfaces, depending on the type of filled formulation.
This spray bottle is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and dosing component, ready for direct use. Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify the stability and safety of your particular product.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that you follow basic hygiene rules and ensure that both the bottle and the spray pump are thoroughly cleaned before each new filling. Before reuse we recommend washing the bottle and all parts of the spray pump with a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing and disinfecting them, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for refilling.
We recommend first flushing the spray pump mechanically with warm (not hot) water by pouring clean water into the bottle and pressing the spray pump several times so that the entire dosing path is flushed through. You can then pour a small amount of a suitable disinfectant solution (e.g. diluted isopropyl alcohol or ethanol) into the packaging, spray several times again and then allow all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature. Do not use boiling water, boiling sterilisation or aggressive chemicals that could damage plastic components or seals.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for watery or low-viscosity liquid preparations that are intended to be applied in the form of a fine mist – for example facial and body sprays, hydrolats, hair tonics, air fresheners or disinfectant solutions. Thick emulsions, gels or preparations with a high content of undissolved particles can clog the spray mechanism, therefore for such use we recommend first testing the functionality of the dosing on a small sample.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable, after emptying and basic rinsing, to place it in sorted waste according to the material information given in the product parameters. Usually the body of the bottle and the spray pump are thrown into a container designated for plastic waste. Before disposal we recommend separating the bottle from the dosing head and checking local waste separation rules so that recycling is as efficient as possible.
