The green glass bottle with white spray pump is a professional packaging solution designed primarily for various cosmetic and liquid preparations where precise, gentle and hygienic application to the skin or into the air is important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional spray mechanism, it is suitable for packaging preparations containing water, hydrolats, alcohol-based solutions and other liquids with similar viscosity that require dispersion in the form of a fine mist. The green glass also provides increased protection of the contents from light, thereby contributing to the stability of more sensitive formulations.
The glass bottle with spray pump forms a ready-made and functional combination of packaging and dosing system. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend that you always perform your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that your specific product will work in the packaging in the long term and without problems.

Yes, the packaging can be reused if handled appropriately. With every refilling, however, it is necessary to follow basic hygiene rules – the bottle and the spray mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned before use and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product (for example with products available on Handymade, such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured plant ethanol). Only after the internal surfaces are completely dry is the bottle ready to be refilled.
It is most suitable for liquid preparations with low to medium viscosity that need to be applied evenly in the form of a spray. These are mainly face and body toners, refreshing and hydrating mists, hair tonics, aromatic interior sprays or disinfectant solutions for hands. With thicker emulsions or oils, the spraying pattern may change, so it is always advisable to perform a trial filling and test the final dispersion.
It is advisable to keep the spray pump clean and, after each use, make sure that no product residues remain around the neck and thread area. With formulations containing oils or plant extracts, sediment may form over time, so it is practical to occasionally flush the tube and mechanism with a small amount of clean water or alcohol and press several times to clean the internal system. This reduces the risk of clogging, leakage and changes in the spray pattern.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the type of material specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle is generally intended for sorting into the glass container, while the plastic parts of the spray pump belong in plastic waste. Before disposal, it is advisable to pour out any remaining contents, briefly rinse the packaging and, if possible, separate the glass part from the plastic spray pump so that the individual materials can be efficiently recovered within the recycling system.
