Is this glass pharmaceutical bottle suitable for creams with different viscosities?

Yes, the dispensing mechanism is designed to handle standard cosmetic creams, lotions and emulsions with different viscosities. For very thick or, on the contrary, exceptionally fluid formulations, we recommend first testing the dosing on a smaller amount to verify the smoothness and accuracy of application.

Can I reuse this bottle for new batches of my products?

The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, both the glass part and the dispensing mechanism must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the product.

How should I correctly fill the glass pharmaceutical bottle to avoid the formation of bubbles and contamination of the dispenser?

Creams and emulsions should be filled slowly, ideally using a filling syringe, a small funnel attachment or a filling device that enables a smooth flow of product. Do not overfill the bottle – leave a small reserve below the neck so that the dispensing mechanism can be properly fitted and sealed. After filling, clean the neck of the bottle with a clean cloth or a pad moistened with alcohol, and only then firmly screw on the dispenser and the cap.

Before handing over for recycling, it is advisable to remove as much residual cream as possible to facilitate processing of the material.
