Plastic medicine bottle with cream dispenser represents a practical packaging for precise and hygienic dispensing of creamy and emulsion-based preparations. Thanks to the integrated dispenser, the contents are protected against excessive contact with air and contamination, which contributes to the stability and quality of the final product. This type of bottle is suitable for both manufacturers and home formulators who are looking for a professional-looking, reusable and easy-to-store packaging.
This product forms a complete combination of bottle and dispenser ready for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, correct dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, type of solvents, proportion of oil and water phase).
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The dispenser is designed for convenient use with standard creamy and emulsion-based preparations. For very thick, buttery or balm-like textures, we recommend first testing the dosing on a small trial batch to verify whether the product passes through the pump smoothly and without excessive resistance.
Fill the contents into the bottle slowly and smoothly, ideally using a dosing gun, funnel or filling syringe. Avoid sudden pouring, which can introduce air into the mass. After filling, gently tap the packaging against a flat surface to release bubbles, and then screw on the dispenser. Before first use, press the pump several times so that the system primes and the dosing stabilises.
The packaging can be reused, provided hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned, residues of the original product removed, and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature. For very viscous or specific formulations, we recommend monitoring the long-term functionality of the pump and replacing the packaging if signs of wear appear.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type stated in the parameter table for the product. Before handing it over for separate collection, remove any remaining contents, empty the packaging as much as possible and sort the individual parts (bottle body, pump, any tubes or inserts) according to the recommended material designation. In the case of a combination of several materials, prioritise sorting the main part of the packaging (e.g. the bottle body) and the remaining small components can be disposed of in mixed waste if it is not possible to recycle them separately according to local regulations.
When choosing packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging materials category. After clicking on the relevant category, you will find the filter at the top of the page, where you can set parameters such as neck type, size, colour and packaging material. In this way, you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that best matches your specific formulation, desired design and method of product application.
