Glass bottle with a square design and a black closure represents an elegant and practical packaging for both professional and home formulations. Thanks to its construction, it is suitable for filling various liquid products that require reliable sealing, easy handling and a clean presentation of the final product. The smooth surface of the bottle makes labelling easier and allows clear identification of cosmetic or supplementary products in accordance with legislative requirements.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles and appropriate cleaning are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly washed, its integrity checked and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or plant-based ethanol Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the disinfectant is the bottle ready for new filling.
Before first use, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, then thoroughly rinsing it with drinking water and, if necessary, also with demineralised water. After mechanical cleaning, it is advisable to disinfect the packaging – for example using the product IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. Allow the bottle to dry completely in a clean environment so that moisture does not condense inside before filling.

For thicker oils, serums or viscous blends, it is important to choose a suitable type of closure or dosing system so that the dispensing of the product is smooth and comfortable. Before serial filling, we recommend testing the filling method (by hand or using a filling device), checking the outflow rate of the product, possible catching on the neck and the way of closing. The correct combination of bottle and closure reduces the risk of content leakage and improves the end customer’s user experience.
If you decide not to use the bottle repeatedly, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material information given in the product parameters on the site. The glass part can generally be placed, after emptying, basic rinsing and removal of product residues, into a container intended for sorted glass collection. The closure must be sorted according to its material (e.g. plastic, metal) in line with local recycling rules. In this way, you minimise waste and support the reuse of raw materials.
