The green glass bottle with a glossy dispenser represents an elegant and durable packaging suitable for various liquid cosmetic formulations. Thanks to the high-quality glass, it is suitable for filling serums, active blends and other products where content stability and the professional appearance of the final product are important.
The green glass helps to limit light penetration to more sensitive substances, thereby supporting their longer shelf life and reducing the risk of deterioration. The combination of the glass bottle and the functional dispenser ensures comfortable and more precise dosing, also suitable for products with higher added value or active ingredients.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of glass bottle and dispenser, which means it is ready for immediate filling and use without the need to search for compatible components. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Glass is generally a very stable packaging material that is also suitable for formulations containing oils or active substances. The green glass also partially limits light penetration, which can help protect more sensitive components. However, we always recommend carrying out your own stability test of the specific formula over time in order to verify compatibility and the behaviour of the product’s colour, scent and viscosity.
The glass bottle and the dispenser can be used repeatedly, provided hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or with 96% denatured plant ethanol. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the safe usage period of the final product in the packaging.
First, rinse the bottle mechanically to remove residues of the previous filling, then wash it with a suitable detergent and rinse thoroughly with water. After thorough drying, we recommend disinfecting the inner space and the surface that comes into contact with the product with alcohol – for example with the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or 96% denatured plant ethanol. For the dispenser, make sure that the sealing parts and the spring mechanism are not mechanically damaged.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually, after rinsing off any product residues, be sorted into the container designated for glass, while the plastic or metal parts of the dispenser should be sorted separately according to local waste sorting rules. Always follow local waste management recommendations and the information in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade website.
