The green glass bottle with a glossy dispenser represents an elegant and professional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic preparations and other specialized formulations. Thanks to the high-quality glass, the contents are stably protected from external influences, and the dispensing mechanism allows precise and hygienic application of the product directly where it is needed.
Green glass provides better light protection than clear glass, which helps reduce the risk of degradation of more sensitive components such as botanical extracts, oils or active ingredients. In combination with the glossy dispenser, it creates an aesthetically appealing bottle that highlights the premium character of your product while contributing to comfortable and controlled use.
This type of glass bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the selected parameters in the category – for example, screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination and any impact on the stability of the new formulation. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcoholic preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in technical quality intended for this purpose. On Handymade you can find, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After disinfection, allow the packaging to dry thoroughly and only then fill it again.
Before the first filling, we recommend checking the glass bottle, removing any dust residues and then cleaning it with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. After thorough rinsing, it is advisable to disinfect the packaging with alcohol (for example with products available on Handymade) and let it dry completely in a clean environment. It is also necessary to disinfect the dispensing part, if its design and the material used allow this. Packaging prepared in this way is suitable for filling with the product being prepared.
The simplest way is to use the advanced filter in the relevant packaging category. After clicking on the category (for example bottles, pharma bottles or jars), you will find at the top of the page the option to filter according to several parameters. You can choose a suitable neck finish, the desired size, colour and packaging material, and thus quickly narrow down the offer to only relevant products. In this way, you can tailor your selection specifically to your formulation and the desired type of dispensing.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the rules given in the parameter table for the specific product on Handymade. The glass part can generally be placed in a container designated for glass, while the plastic or metal parts of the dispenser must be separated and sorted according to the type of material. Before recycling, it is advisable to empty the packaging and remove any product residues in order to facilitate the recycling process and minimise the impact on the environment.
This glass bottle with dispenser is particularly suitable for liquid and semi-liquid products that are applied in small amounts and require precise dosing. These include, for example, facial serums, light emulsions, oil blends or concentrated treatment cures. The dispensing mechanism helps reduce the contact of the contents with air and hands, which contributes to longer product stability and more comfortable use for end customers.
When filling, we recommend working in the cleanest environment possible, using suitable filling tools and avoiding direct contamination of the contents with your hands. It is also important not to overfill the bottle so that the dispenser functions and seals correctly. During storage, protect the filled packaging from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight, which could negatively affect the stability of the formulation. In the case of products with increased light sensitivity, follow the recommendations of the raw material manufacturers and adapt the storage conditions accordingly.
