Hyaluronic Acid, Vegetable, HMW, 1.5-2 MDa, 5 g

Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in the human body, on average 15 g, half of which is in the skin.

In its natural state, it occurs as high molecular weight, but in the body it is very quickly degraded into low molecular weight (up to 2/3), and it can disappear from the body even within a few hours.
In cosmetics, it is therefore an irreplaceable ingredient in various creams and serums whose effects are focused on filling wrinkles.

In addition, it has the ability to revitalize, which means stimulating cells to produce new collagen in the skin. It also helps accelerate wound healing, reduce the formation of scars, swelling and pain resulting from injuries. It is an excellent means of rehydrating the skin, as it can bind up to a thousand times its own weight in water.

Dosage: 0.1 - 0.5%

Molecular weight: 1.5-2 MDa (1500 - 2000 kDa)

Since the body is not able to maintain it, regular application is necessary for the achieved effect.
Our hyaluronic acid is high molecular weight. It is water-soluble.
