The plastic medicine bottle represents a reliable and practical packaging for various types of liquid and powdered preparations, where precise dosing, safe storage and protection against contamination are important. Thanks to its well-thought-out shape and functional closure, this small bottle is suitable for cosmetic, laboratory and home formulations where it is necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the contents and easy handling during filling and use.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene principles are followed and a suitable type of fill is used. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and then disinfect it, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry completely and only then fill it again.
Before the first use we recommend thoroughly rinsing the packaging with a suitable cleaning solution or distilled water, then letting it drain and dry completely. To ensure hygienic cleanliness, it is appropriate to supplement this step by disinfecting the inner surface of the packaging and the closure using an alcohol-based disinfectant. Only after complete evaporation of alcohol residues and drying is the medicine bottle ready to be filled with the final product.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic listed in the product parameters. Before handing it over to sorted collection, it is appropriate to empty the bottle, possibly rinse out any remaining contents and separate the closure if it is made of a different material. Then place the packaging in the appropriate container for sorted waste according to local recycling rules. The medicine bottle is designed to reliably protect common cosmetic and technical solutions under standard storage conditions. For very sensitive or highly concentrated formulations, we always recommend performing your own test of the compatibility of the packaging with the specific composition, monitoring the stability of the product over time and, if needed, choosing a suitable method of protection against light or air.
