Glass bottle – medicine-style bottle with cream dispenser and black top is a practical and aesthetic packaging intended for professional and home filling of creamy and emulsion-based preparations. Thanks to precise dispensing, it helps maintain the consistency of the formula, minimizes the contact of the contents with air and hands, and thus supports the stability, hygiene and longer shelf life of your products. The glass body of the packaging is suitable for storing more sensitive formulations that require a durable material and controlled dispensing during everyday use.
This packaging represents a combination of glass bottle and dispensing system, which is created on Handymade as a functional and practically tested set. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the dispenser is designed for creamy and emulsion formulations, therefore the packaging is suitable for light to medium-thick creams. For very thick butters or balms, we recommend testing before filling whether the selected texture passes smoothly through the pump and whether the dispensing meets your requirements.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, for example by using a suitable alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. The packaging should be refilled only after it has completely dried.
Fill the cream or emulsion into the clean and dry glass container slowly in order to minimise the formation of air bubbles. After filling, clean the thread and contact surfaces, screw the dispenser on tightly and, before the first use, press the pump several times until the system is primed and starts dispensing the contents smoothly. For more viscous formulations it is advisable to carry out a trial filling with a smaller amount.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, its recycling is recommended in accordance with the material identification stated in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle should, after emptying and basic cleaning, be placed in the separate glass collection. The plastic components of the dispenser must be separated and placed in plastic recycling, provided that local recycling rules allow their sorting. When recycling, always follow the local waste collection system and the information in the product parameter table on Handymade.
Yes, the compact glass bottle with dispenser is suitable for cosmetic sets, gift packaging and for travelling, where precise and clean dispensing of the cream is important. Before transport, we recommend checking that the dispenser is properly tightened and, in the case of frequent transport, placing the bottle so that it is protected against impacts and glass damage, for example in a soft pouch or box.
