The bottle can be safely reused with proper handling and maintenance. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. If you decide not to use the container any further, we recommend properly recycling it after emptying and basic cleaning. The glass part of the bottle should be sorted, according to the recommendations in the product parameters, into the appropriate glass container. Components of the spray pump made of composite materials should be separated, and you should follow local waste sorting regulations. Separating the individual parts of the packaging helps make the recycling process more efficient and reduces the overall environmental burden.
Yes, for every new product we recommend performing your own compatibility test. This includes checking the sealing of the spray pump, the functionality of the dosing, the long-term behaviour of the formulation in contact with the glass and plastic parts, and visually monitoring any changes (cloudiness, change of odour, discolouration). Testing on a smaller sample will help you avoid problems in serial production and ensure that the packaging will be suitable for your specific product in the long term.
