You only need to choose a suitable volume according to your needs and ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of the packaging before the first filling and between individual used batches.

The packaging can be reused if hygiene rules are followed. Before each filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and spray pump, rinsing thoroughly and then disinfecting with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 % denatured. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely so that no residual moisture gets into the product.

The spray pump is ideal for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity, such as toners, hydrolates, light water-based serums or alcohol-based sprays. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, the mist may be less even, so we recommend performing a trial filling to verify that the selected product type passes through the spray pump smoothly and without clogging.

We recommend storing the filled bottle upright, in a dry place and at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. This reduces the risk of changes in consistency, evaporation of volatile substances and possible damage to the spray mechanism. When storing, always check that the cap is properly tightened to prevent leakage of the contents, especially during transport or when carried in a bag.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle, after being emptied and basically rinsed, is normally placed in a container intended for glass. The spray pump and any plastic or metal components should be separated and placed in the appropriate recycling stream according to local rules (usually plastic or metal). When handling packaging that has contained a cosmetic product, there is no need for extreme cleaning – ordinary rinsing is sufficient so that prominent product residues do not interfere with recycling.
