Before final filling, we recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify the behaviour of the specific product over time (stability of fragrance, colour and viscosity) and the functionality of the spray pump with the selected consistency.

How should I clean the bottle properly and prepare it for reuse?

The packaging can be reused, provided hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly washed, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after complete drying and evaporation of the alcohol component is the bottle ready for the next filling.

What should I pay attention to when filling thicker or oil-based formulations into a bottle with a spray pump?

The spray pump is designed primarily for low-viscosity, liquid formulations. With thicker emulsions or oil blends, spraying may be impaired or the nozzle may become clogged.
