Plastic medicine bottle with cream dispenser is a practical packaging intended for hygienic dispensing of creamy, gel-based and emulsion products. Thanks to the closed pump system, it helps protect sensitive formulations from contact with air and touch, thereby supporting the stability and cleanliness of the contents during use. The brown version of the packaging contributes to better protection of light-sensitive components and helps minimise their degradation during normal storage.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of bottle and dispenser, so it is ready for direct filling and use without the need for additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of optimal performance with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and if hygienic principles are observed. However, before each refilling it is essential to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and dispenser in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the new fill. For disinfection we recommend using technical alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of appropriate purity, available in our range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After applying the disinfectant, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it.
The integrated dispenser is designed for creamy, emulsion and gel formulations with medium viscosity, typical of facial and body creams, emulsions or lighter balms. Before filling, we recommend testing the dosing on a small trial sample to verify the smooth operation of the pump, the suitability of the consistency and the correct dose size for the specific product. For very thick creams, an adjustment of the formula (for example a slight reduction in viscosity) may be necessary to achieve optimal dosing.
For reliable performance of the dispenser, it is important to fill the bottle with a suitable product consistency, avoid a very high content of undissolved particles (for example exfoliating particles) and not overfill the container above the recommended level. After filling, we recommend tightening the dispenser firmly but not excessively, to avoid damaging the thread. At first use, the dispenser needs to be pressed several times until the system fills. If you plan longer storage, monitor the stability of the formula and any sedimentation that could affect the flow through the pump.
After the contents have been used up, first rinse the packaging mechanically with lukewarm water, possibly using a suitable cleaning agent that is compatible with the raw materials used in your product. Then rinse the individual parts of the packaging thoroughly with clean water and allow them to dry completely. Before refilling, the packaging must be disinfected, for example by using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol at an appropriate concentration, which you can find in our range as IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature and only then refill the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you place it in the appropriate separate waste stream according to the type of plastic listed in the parameter table for the product. You should follow the pictogram and material designation on the packaging or in the technical data, which determine into which container the particular material belongs. If the packaging consists of several plastic components, it is advisable to separate them where possible (bottle, pump, cap) and place them in the appropriate separate collection in accordance with local recycling rules. By following the recommended sorting guidelines, you contribute to more efficient material recovery and to reducing the amount of mixed waste.
To select a suitable bottle, medicine bottle or other packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter in the packaging categories. The advanced filter is located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant category, where you can conveniently narrow down the offer according to several parameters. The key aspects are filtering by neck type (for compatibility with closures and dispensers), size, colour and packaging material. In this way you will quickly find packaging that meets the technical and aesthetic requirements of your specific product.
