The dispensing bottle is designed for creamy, gel-based and emulsion-based products of standard viscosity. Before final filling, we recommend carrying out a trial filling in order to verify smooth dispensing and back suction of the product. For very thick butters or balms it may be necessary to adjust the formula (for example by reducing the proportion of waxes) or to choose another type of packaging that is suitable for extra dense textures.

Before the first and each repeated filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We recommend rinsing with a suitable cleaning agent, then flushing with drinking water, and finally disinfecting using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol (for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). After disinfection, allow the internal space and the dispenser to dry completely. If hygiene principles are observed, the bottle can be reused.

The packaging can be reused provided that strict hygiene is maintained between individual fillings. After emptying, remove the contents, disassemble the bottle and the dispenser according to the construction possibilities and clean them mechanically. Subsequently, the packaging must be disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant (for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný) and allowed to dry thoroughly. Repeated use is not recommended in case of damaged thread, deformation or impaired function of the pump.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material marking stated in the product parameters and on the packaging itself. Before handing it over for separate collection, remove product residues and, if possible, separate the individual parts (bottle body, dispenser, possible cap) according to the materials used. Place plastic parts intended for sorted waste in the appropriate container according to local collection rules.
