Plastic bottle – medicine bottle with a glossy dispenser represents a professional solution for packaging liquid cosmetic and galenic preparations, where precise and hygienic dosing is important. The dark design of the packaging helps to limit light exposure to more sensitive formulations and thus contributes to maintaining their stability during storage and use.
Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and the integrated dispensing system, this bottle is suitable for formulations with different viscosities – from light solutions to thicker serums. The compact shape of the medicine bottle is designed to be practical for everyday use, easy handling and safe carrying in cosmetic or first-aid-kid equipment.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – to verify sealing, dosing accuracy and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, content of alcohol, oils or active substances).

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Carry out the disinfection in such a way that residues of the previous product are removed and the risk of microbial contamination of the new contents is minimised.
After emptying the packaging, we recommend rinsing the bottle with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly with clean water and letting it dry. It is then advisable to apply disinfection using alcohol (e.g. IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %), with which you rinse the inside of the packaging and possibly also the flow path in the dispenser. After disinfection, let all parts dry properly at room temperature and only then proceed to refilling.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend as a first step to empty it as thoroughly as possible and rinse away any product residues. Then follow the information about the material given in the product parameter table on the Handymade.sk website – according to this, sort the packaging into the appropriate collection container (typically the container for plastics if the parameters indicate a plastic material). It is advisable to separate the dispenser and the bottle from each other before recycling in order to facilitate correct sorting of the individual components. By following local waste sorting rules, you support efficient recycling of the material.
The bottle with dispenser is designed to handle a wide range of viscosities – from light aqueous solutions to medium-viscosity serums. However, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling with the specific product in order to verify the smoothness of dosing, the precision of application and the back suction of the contents. For very thick formulations, it may be necessary to adjust the recipe or to change the type of packaging to one that is optimised for higher viscosity.

With it, you can adapt the selection according to several parameters – for example according to the type of neck, size, colour or packaging material. By combining these filters, you can quickly narrow down the offer to packaging that best matches the characteristics of your product, the dosing method and the desired design.
