The plastic medicine bottle with a practical dispenser is a universal container suitable for precise dosing of liquid cosmetic preparations and other solutions where application cleanliness and protection of the contents are important. Thanks to its reliable closure and durable material, the bottle is suitable for packaging products that require controlled dosing, easy handling and a professional presentation.
The brown version of the packaging naturally helps protect more sensitive formulations from light, while the high-quality plastic material ensures stability, low weight and convenient use in both home and professional production. The glossy dispenser gives the packaging an aesthetic appearance and increases application comfort in everyday use.
This product is a combination of bottle and dispenser assembled directly on Handymade. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters. When selecting a suitable container, we recommend following the information provided and adapting your choice to the specific type of formulation (viscosity, active ingredient content, pH, etc.).
The dispenser is ideal primarily for more liquid preparations such as serums, light fluids, toners or watery emulsions. For thicker formulations we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing whether the dosing proceeds smoothly and without excessive resistance. If the product is too thick, another type of packaging, for example a jar or a pot with a larger opening, may be more suitable.
The container can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example using IPA products or an ethanol solution. For disinfection you can also use IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable. After applying the disinfectant, allow all parts to dry thoroughly in order to minimise the risk of contamination of the new product.
If you decide not to use the container further, we recommend first emptying it and removing any product residues. Then proceed according to the recommended recycling symbol and material type listed in the parameter table at the product on the Handymade website. It is advisable to dismantle the bottle and dispenser into individual parts and place them in the appropriate sorted waste according to local collection rules. In this way, you support efficient material processing and reduce the amount of municipal waste.
The plastic bottle is lightweight and, thanks to the reliable dispenser, withstands normal transport well. For products intended for travelling we always recommend checking that the dispenser is properly tightened, and at first use testing the sealing with the specific formulation. If you plan to carry the bottle loosely in a handbag, it is practical to place it in a separate closable case or pouch to minimise the risk of soiling other items in the event of an unexpected leak.
To select a suitable container you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging material category. In the advanced filter, packaging can be sorted according to several parameters, especially neck type, size, colour and material. Thanks to this you can quickly narrow down the range to bottles, medicine bottles, jars or pots that meet your technical and aesthetic requirements and better adapt the packaging to the specific product.
