Coenzyme Q10 (vitamin Q or ubiquinone) is an important antioxidant for humans, naturally present in most cells.

Its role is to produce energy and protect cells from damage and subsequent aging. It promotes blood circulation, stimulates the immune system, increases tissue oxygenation and has vital anti-aging effects.

Studies have shown that coenzyme Q10 effectively counteracts free radical damage to the skin and provides significant protection against UVA-induced cell membrane depletion. This function helps prevent damage to the collagen and elastin formation process and helps prevent wrinkles. After the age of 20 to 30, it begins to naturally diminish; after forty, we only have about half of it left.

Coenzyme Q10 doesn't just serve to rejuvenate the skin. A significant deficiency of it can cause reduced performance and work activity, greater fatigue, and less ability to regenerate.
It has an irreplaceable place in skin care for its ability to promote skin elasticity, give it a fresh and youthful appearance. It can be added to creams, lotions, gels, masks, lotions, etc.

It is fat soluble.

We recommend adding it at the end of the recipe, in the cooling phase, when the emulsion is less than 50°C.
