Plastic bottle – pill bottle with white-gold spray pump represents a practical and aesthetic packaging solution for various liquid formulations where gentle, even dosing in the form of a mist is important. Thanks to the functional spray pump, it is suitable for filling products that require hygienic, touch-free application directly onto the skin or into the air. The combination of a compact plastic container and a precisely functioning mechanical spray pump makes it easier to use finished cosmetic and technical preparations at home, in the salon and while travelling.
This product represents a ready-made combination of bottle and spray pump prepared for immediate use. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify suitability for the particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed, provided it is not visibly damaged or significantly worn. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and rinsed, then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol, and allowed to dry completely. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination of the final product.
The spray pump is optimised for low-viscosity, liquid formulations that can be evenly sprayed in the form of a fine mist. These are mainly facial and body sprays, hydrolats, hair tonics, air fresheners and disinfectant sprays based on alcohol or water. For significantly thicker emulsions or oils, it is always necessary to carry out an individual dosing test to verify that the mechanism works smoothly and without clogging.
First, rinse the packaging and the spray pump mechanically with warm water and a mild cleaning agent to remove residues of the original product. Then rinse them several times with clean water. After thorough rinsing, we recommend disinfecting the internal surfaces – for example using IPA 99 % or 96 % plant-based ethanol, which you leave in the bottle to act for a short time and then dispense through the spray pump. Afterwards, let the packaging air-dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of plastic specified in the product parameters. Before handing it over for sorted waste collection, it is advisable to remove product residues and lightly rinse the packaging. Place the bottle and the spray pump in the appropriate plastic fraction according to local waste collection rules. The information on the type of material and recommended recycling is based on the data provided with the product on the Handymade website, so always follow the specific material designation given in the parameter table.
