Is this plastic pharmaceutical bottle suitable for cosmetic preparations that contain alcohol or active substances?

The packaging is designed as a universal bottle for various liquid formulations, including many cosmetic solutions containing alcohol or active substances. For specific compositions (higher concentrations of alcohol, acids or other reactive components) we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the behaviour of the packaging material, the sealing of the aluminium cap and the stability of the product during long-term contact.

Can I use this bottle repeatedly for different products?

The packaging can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are observed, especially for home production or smaller product series. Before each new filling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available on Handymade (IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol, Ethanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný). After disinfection we recommend allowing all parts to dry completely and only then filling the new formulation.

How should I correctly store products in this plastic pharmaceutical bottle with aluminium cap?

We recommend storing the filled bottle tightly closed, in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. The stability of the contents is usually best at room temperature or according to the recommendations for the specific formulation.
