Plastic bottle – medicine bottle with aluminium closure represents a practical and professional packaging for various liquid and partially viscous formulations. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, it is suitable for precise dosing of a smaller amount of product and for safe storage under normal conditions. The brown version of the medicine bottle helps to reduce light penetration to the more sensitive components and thus supports the stability and shelf life of the contents during use.
The individual bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected for the product. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, its compact volume and practical shape make it a suitable bottle for testing new recipes, trial batches and samples for clients. Before filling a new formulation, we always recommend testing the compatibility of the packaging with the specific composition (material stability, colour change, any softening of the walls or change in fragrance) and only then proceeding to fill the entire series.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, thoroughly clean the bottle and the cap and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely at room temperature. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the fragrance or stability of your formulation.
It is recommended to store it in a dry, clean and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Always close the bottle carefully with the aluminium cap to minimise evaporation and contamination of the contents. For more sensitive formulations (for example aromatic blends or products with a higher proportion of natural oils), it is advisable to maintain a stable temperature over the long term and avoid sudden temperature fluctuations.
If you decide not to reuse the medicine bottle, we primarily recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. Before handing it over for sorted waste collection, empty the packaging, remove any remaining contents and separate the bottle and cap according to their material composition (plastic, metal, etc.). Correct sorting in line with local waste management rules will support efficient recycling and reduce the amount of waste.
