Plastic bottle with aluminium cap represents a practical and professional packaging solution for various liquid and powder formulations. Thanks to the high-quality plastic material and the precisely fitting cap, it is suitable for the safe packaging of cosmetic products, concentrated blends and auxiliary solutions for home and artisan use. The sturdy construction of the bottle helps protect the contents from external influences and ensures comfort during handling and dispensing.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of bottle and cap, ready for direct use without the need to purchase additional parts. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sealing, dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation, so that you can be confident of reliable long-term use.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if handled appropriately, always under strict hygiene conditions. Before each refilling, the bottle and the cap must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected, for example using isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated is the packaging ready for refilling.
Before the first filling, we recommend mechanically rinsing the packaging with a suitable medium (for example clean water or a carrier oil, depending on the type of planned product) and checking that no impurities remain inside. It is then advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the cap thread with alcohol, for example using IPA 99 % – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After thorough draining and drying in a clean environment, the bottle is ready for use.
From a technical point of view, it is possible to use the bottle for another type of product after thorough cleaning and disinfection, but it is necessary to take into account residual scent, colour and material compatibility. When switching from strongly perfumed or coloured blends to gentle or very sensitive formulations, it is recommended to replace the packaging with a new one in order to avoid undesirable effects on the fragrance, texture or stability of the contents.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend emptying it and removing any product residues in accordance with local regulations for handling cosmetic or chemical waste. The plastic bottle itself and the cap are then sorted according to the recycling symbols indicated in the product parameters on the website. When separating the individual parts (plastic container, any sealing, metal cap), follow the local sorting system – place each material in the appropriate container, thereby supporting efficient recycling of the packaging material.
