The plastic bottle with spray pump is a universal packaging suitable for gentle, uniform dispensing of cosmetic and cleaning preparations in spray form. The practical spray pump ensures convenient application of products that need to be dispersed in a thin layer, which contributes to efficient use of the fill and a professional result in both home and artisan production.

Thanks to the transparent body, the user has immediate control over the amount of content and its visual appearance. The packaging made of plastic material (PET) is lightweight, resistant to normal handling, and suitable for filling with liquid products where practical application by means of a mechanical sprayer is important.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions

Is this plastic bottle suitable for repeated use?

The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed and an appropriate type of fill is used. Before each refilling, the bottle, spray pump and all parts that come into contact with the product must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. For disinfection we recommend using alcohol-based products, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based, according to the character of the formulation and the recommendations for working with the given type of cosmetics. It is also advisable to monitor the condition of the plastic and, in the case of visible wear or damage, remove the packaging from use.

Can I wash the PET plastic bottle in a dishwasher or boil it?

The PET plastic bottle is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. High temperatures can lead to gradual deformation of the packaging, loss of dimensional stability or damage to the sprayer. Gentle manual cleaning with lukewarm water and a suitable cleaning agent is recommended, followed by thorough rinsing and disinfection with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. When cleaning, avoid aggressive solvents and high thermal load which could negatively affect the properties of the plastic.

How should I correctly recycle this plastic bottle if I do not want to use it repeatedly?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is recommended to recycle it according to the type of material indicated in the product parameters. The bottle is made of PET-type plastic which, in standard sorting systems, is classified among packaging intended for the container for plastics. For which types of formulations is the mechanical sprayer most suitable?

The mechanical sprayer is most suitable for low-viscosity, watery or slightly viscous formulations without a significant content of undissolved particles. Ideal are hydrolats, toning waters, refreshers, light water–alcohol blends and similar preparations intended to create a fine spray mist. With formulations containing a higher proportion of oils, or with thicker emulsions, spraying performance may deteriorate or the nozzle may clog. Before practical use, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing both the dosing and the uniformity of dispersion.
