Plastic pharmaceutical bottle with sprayer represents a practical and hygienic packaging for liquid preparations, which is ideal for targeted application in a fine spray mist. Thanks to the precise spray mechanism, it is suitable for filling cosmetic as well as technical solutions where uniform application of the product to the skin, hair, surfaces or textiles is important.
The durable plastic material ensures reliable protection of the contents during normal use, while the packaging is lightweight, compact and suitable for travel, sampling and professional use in salons or laboratories. Thanks to the transparent design, you always have visual control over the amount of product filled and its appearance.
This packaging is supplied as a complete combination of bottle and sprayer, which means it is ready for immediate use without the need to purchase an additional closure. The sprayer is designed for practical, fine and even application of the liquid according to the nature of the selected formulation.
Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosage and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the chosen recipe and filling method are optimal for the given packaging.
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
For plastic packaging made from PET material, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of this material during normal use and cleaning. PET material should not be exposed to high temperatures – under long-term exposure to heat, deformation of the packaging or deterioration of the functionality of the sprayer may occur. For this reason, the packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for boiling. Gentle hand cleaning and disinfection with suitable preparations are recommended, according to the instructions in the FAQ section.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if handled correctly and its condition is monitored. However, with every new filling it is necessary to follow strict hygiene principles – first rinse the bottle and sprayer thoroughly, clean them from residues of the previous fill and then disinfect the packaging with a suitable alcohol solution. For disinfection we recommend, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After the disinfectant has dried and the functionality of the sprayer has been checked, you can refill the packaging with a suitable formulation.
Always clean the PET packaging gently, without using high temperatures. Do not use a dishwasher or boiling, in order to avoid deformation of the bottle or damage to the thread. It is recommended to rinse with lukewarm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and then disinfect using alcohol suitable for this purpose (for example isopropyl alkohol or rastlinný etanol). It is advisable to “spray through” the sprayer several times with the disinfectant solution so that the internal capillary and nozzle are cleaned. After complete drying, the packaging is ready for further use.
Many formulations containing alcohol or essential oils can be used in plastic bottles, but it is always necessary to carry out your own compatibility test. We recommend filling a smaller amount of product, observing the behaviour of the packaging (softening, deformation, changes in appearance) and checking whether the colour, scent or stability of the formulation is affected. For higher concentrations of alcohol and essential oils, longer-term testing and regular checking of the functionality of the sprayer and sealing are advisable.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it as far as possible in accordance with the information given in the parameter table for the specific product. After emptying, rinse the bottle, remove any remaining contents and separate the individual components (bottle body, sprayer, possibly cap) according to the type of material, if possible. Then dispose of them in the appropriate sorted waste according to the locally applicable rules for plastic sorting. When handling packaging that has contained concentrated or specific chemical substances, follow the recommendations of the filler manufacturer.
