Neocare P3R is a unique natural palm oil-free emulsifier suitable for vegan formulations and W/O emulsions. It is an amazing blend that produces lightweight and low viscosity (even sprayable) emulsions with excellent stability and silky skin feel, which is very atypical for W/O type emulsions.
It can be applied both cold and hot, depending on the other ingredients in the formulation.
Application: 3-5% in the oil phase (for 10-40% oil content) - whereby the oil and water phases must be mixed separately. For W/O phase, the pH of the aqueous phase must be adjusted before mixing - need electrolyte (0.5-1.0% NaCl, magnesium sulfate or other electrolyte) to stabilize.
