POLYAQUOL 2W

Another novelty from the range of emulsifiers.

This emulsifier is a purely natural product derived from various palm-free vegetable oils and suitable for vegan formulations. It is both Ecocert and COSMOS certified.

???? It is clinically proven to prevent UV damage to the skin barrier while regenerating cells damaged specifically by UV rays.

???? It is also like Neocare P3R very versatile, easy to combine and therefore easy to use.
It can be added equally to the oil phase as well as to the water phase. Depending on what consistency you want to get. In fact, the viscosity is higher if Polyaquol 2W is added to the oil phase.
It is an emulsifier that works best in the hot phase (from 75 to 82 ̊C), when you can achieve its complete homogenization. However, if you have a raw material in your formulation that needs to be heated to a higher temperature, then it must be heated to a higher temperature before adding Polyaquol 2-W bring the temperature down to the degrees mentioned above (while mixing, it is recommended to add the oil phase to the aqueous phase, hence the O/W emulsifier).

???? Polyaquol is self-emulsifying and forms a stable gel in water. Hence, you can use it for example to make cream cleaning products without an oil phase (our Olivem 1000 for example has this property).

???? It's a very light emulsifier and it's mind-boggling how many viscous profiles you can create from it - from a light liquid to a thick creamy consistency. It is this property that predisposes it to a wide range of uses in natural cosmetics.

???? It is even very tolerant to electrolytes (e.g. table salt), which is really non-standard for O/W emulsions, which usually break down when salt is added.

Well what do you say, a ready ???? among emulsifiers! Definitely worth trying it ????

And we'll bring you some simpler formulations to go with it, so you can experiment at home ;-)
