We try to process all orders received through the e-shop as soon as possible, usually on the same or next working day (except for holiday periods or other pre-announced outages). The date of their dispatch and subsequent delivery depends on the payment and shipping method chosen by you.

You may choose one of the following shipping methods for delivery.

GLS COURIER

Delivery: usually the next working day, in rare cases 2 days
Delivery notification: e-mail on the day of dispatch, SMS on the day of delivery
Weight : we use for shipments from 0 Kg to 50 Kg (including packing material)
Cash on delivery: possibility to pay the courier in cash or by credit card

PALLET COURIER GEIS

Delivery: usually next working day, in rare cases 2 days (depends on the date of pallet pick-up)
Delivery notification: e-mail on the day of shipment, SMS on the day of delivery
Weight : we use before shipments that exceed 50 Kg, we deliver on a half pallet/pallet
Possibility of rerouting the shipment: no
Cash on delivery: possibility to pay the courier only in cash

PACKETA

Delivery to the dispensing point: within 2 working days, you can see the list of dispensing points
Delivery notification: e-mail on the day of dispatch, SMS notification and e-mail with the password needed to receive the parcel after delivery to the branch
Storage period: 7 days, can be extended to 21 days
Cash on delivery: cash on delivery only
Weight limit: one parcel can be maximum 8,5 kg, the shipping amount is calculated based on the weight, in case of discrepancy it can be sent additionally by courier with additional postage charge.

PERSONAL COLLECTION

In our warehouse you can pay in cash or by credit card.

The amount of postage for both SMALL and LARGE orders depends on your chosen payment method, weight and also on the amount of the order. The amount is always calculated directly in the process of sending the order depending on all the above factors.
