Yes, the glass dropper bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol from the product IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or with plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. In this way you minimise the risk of microbial contamination and maintain the quality of your formulations.

What type of products is most suitable for this packaging?

The dropper bottle with dispenser is ideal for liquid and slightly viscous formulations such as facial serums, oils, fluids, scalp treatment cures or concentrated blends containing active ingredients. What about recycling and environmentally friendly disposal of this packaging?

If you decide not to use the packaging repeatedly, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition given in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be handed over, after thorough emptying and cleaning, to a container intended for glass, while the plastic or metal components of the closure must be sorted according to the information in the parameter table. Always remove product residues before disposal to make subsequent processing in the recycling process easier.

How can I test the compatibility of my formulation with this packaging?

Before finally introducing the packaging into sale, we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test.
