Can this glass bottle with sprayer be used repeatedly?

Yes, the bottle can be reused if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging and then disinfecting it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol (ALK001) or plant-based ethanol (ALK002). This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and preserves the quality of the new product.

How should the bottle be properly cleaned and disinfected before a new filling?

First, rinse the bottle mechanically with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent to remove residues of the previous contents. Then allow the bottle to drain well and dry. After drying, we recommend disinfecting the inner surface and outer areas with alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant-based ethanol, and again allowing it to dry thoroughly. It is also advisable to rinse and spray the disinfectant through the sprayer itself in order to maintain the highest possible level of hygiene.

How should the bottle be properly recycled if I do not want to reuse it?

For recycling, it is advisable first to empty the bottle and remove any coarse product residues. The glass body of the packaging is usually sorted into the container designated for glass according to local waste separation rules. We recommend separating the sprayer and any plastic parts and placing them into the appropriate separated waste stream according to the material, if the collection system in your municipality allows it.
