The glass bottle with black spray pump represents a professional packaging solution for liquid products where gentle, even and hygienic dosing is important. The combination of a high-quality glass bottle and a functional spray pump ensures comfortable use, protects the contents from contamination and enables precise application without unnecessary product waste.
This type of packaging is suitable for filling various cosmetic preparations, waters and sprays where practical dosing in the form of a mist or fine spray is required. The smooth glass surface also facilitates labeling and professional branding of the final product.
This glass bottle with spray pump forms a ready-made combination of packaging and dosing system which is suitable for immediate use without the need for additional accessories. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to make sure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if proper care is taken and hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning and rinsing the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfecting the packaging with a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Only after completely drying is the bottle ready for refilling.
The bottle with spray pump is ideal for all formulations that are applied as a fine spray – for example facial and body waters, refreshers, hair tonics, aromatherapeutic room sprays or smaller doses of cleaning solutions. Before final use we always recommend testing whether the chosen formula is suitable for the type of spraying and does not clog the nozzle.
First completely empty the remaining original contents and rinse the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water so that no detergent residues remain. Flush the spray pump by repeatedly drawing clean water through it. After washing we recommend disinfecting the inside of the packaging and the surface using alcohol, for example IPA 99 % or vegetable ethanol 96 %, and letting all parts dry completely at room temperature.
Before recycling it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging and, if possible, separate the glass part from the plastic spray pump. Place the glass bottle in the separated glass collection according to local rules and the plastic spray pump in the appropriate plastic container (possibly according to the material designation in the product parameters). Thanks to correct sorting the material can be reprocessed and the amount of waste is reduced.
The fastest way is to use the advanced filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category at the top of the page you will find an option to filter products by several parameters – for example by neck type, size, colour or material. Using these filters you can display only those bottles, medicine bottles, jars or dosing systems that meet the required criteria for your specific product.
Before serial filling we recommend performing internal compatibility tests – verifying the sealing of the packaging during long-term storage, the stability of the product in contact with the glass and the plastic parts of the spray pump, the consistency and fineness of the spray at different temperatures and any changes in fragrance or colour during storage. It is also advisable to test the packaging during transport (for example by shaking or laying it on its side) to check that there is no leakage of contents.
