Plastic bottle – medicine bottle with cream dispenser represents a practical solution for hygienic and precise dispensing of emulsions, gels and cream formulations. Thanks to the integrated dispensing pump, the packaging is suitable for filling products where controlled application without unnecessary contact with the contents is important. The bottle is designed to allow clean and aesthetic packaging of cosmetic as well as artisan preparations. The darker “smoky” top helps to partially reduce the access of light to the dispensing area, which supports the stability of more sensitive formulas.
This packaging is supplied as a ready-made combination of bottle and dispensing pump, so it is ready for immediate filling and use without the need to purchase additional components. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) in order to verify suitability for the particular recipe or raw materials.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The dispensing pump is designed for application of common creamy and emulsion formulations such as face and body creams or gels. For very thick balms or buttery textures, we recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing whether the chosen formula passes through the dispenser smoothly and without excessive pressure.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispensing part must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and subsequently disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry completely in order to minimize the risk of contamination of the new product.
We recommend storing filled bottles in a dry place protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Stability of the contents is supported by an even room temperature and a tightly locked dispensing system that limits contact of the product with air and impurities. For more sensitive formulas, follow the storage recommendations of the specific raw material manufacturer.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material designation given for the product in the parameter table. After emptying and basic cleaning, sort the individual parts according to material type (for example plastic container and plastic pump) into the appropriate separated waste containers. In this way you support efficient processing of the packaging material and reduce the amount of mixed waste.
The fastest solution is to use the advanced filter which you will find in the upper part of the page after clicking on the selected packaging category. You can filter by neck type, size, colour and material, or combine these parameters. Using the filter, you can easily display only those bottles, medicine bottles, jars or dispensers that correspond to your formulation and the desired design of the finished product.
