The glass bottle with black spray pump is a universal packaging suitable for precise dosing of various liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist or spray. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional sprayer, it is ideal for filling cosmetic formulations, aromatherapeutic blends or homemade hygiene solutions, where controlled application to the skin or surface is important.
This type of bottle enables hygienic and economical dosing without direct contact with the contents, which helps to minimize the risk of contamination and prolongs product stability. The bottle is also practical for smaller series and trial samples, where it is appropriate to have compact, professional-looking packaging with a high-quality spray mechanism.
Glass bottles of this type are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The sprayer is primarily intended for low-viscosity liquids, such as aqueous solutions, hydrolats or light alcoholic and water-alcohol blends. With thicker emulsions or oils, spraying performance may deteriorate or the nozzle may clog, therefore we recommend always testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in this type of packaging before final production.
The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed; however, we recommend reserving it for a similar type of formulations (for example always for water-based sprays or always for alcoholic solutions). Before each new filling, it is essential to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and the spray mechanism. For disinfection you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after it is completely dry is the packaging suitable for further use.
After emptying the contents, we recommend removing the sprayer from the bottle, rinsing it with warm water and, if necessary, with a suitable cleaning solution compatible with your formulation. It is then advisable to draw a small amount of clean water or disinfectant alcohol into the mechanism and spray several times until the liquid is discharged evenly. Before the next filling, leave all parts to dry thoroughly at room temperature.

Thanks to this, you can easily find bottles, vials, jars or pumps that will best match the specific product and your production requirements.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules and the information provided in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle is normally placed in the container designated for glass; the plastic sprayer and any other plastic parts are sorted into the container for plastics, unless the local sorting system states otherwise. Before recycling, it is advisable to rinse the bottle to remove product residues so as not to contaminate other recycled material.
