Glass bottle – pharmaceutical-style bottle with cream dispenser and smoked top is a practical and elegant packaging solution designed primarily for cosmetic formulations that require hygienic, precise and comfortable dispensing. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the engineered pump system, it is suitable for filling various emulsions, serums and cream products where protection of the contents from contact with air and contamination during use is important.
This compact bottle allows convenient use in the bathroom, in salons and while travelling. The smoked top gives the packaging a professional appearance and helps protect the contents from excessive light exposure, which is especially advantageous for more sensitive cosmetic blends. The packaging is suitable for producers of natural cosmetics, artisan brands and home creators who are looking for functional and aesthetic packaging material.
This product represents a combination of bottle and dispenser, which is assembled as a functional unit on the Handymade website. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure the packaging will work optimally with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging is designed to be usable also for creamier and emulsion-type formulations that can be dispensed using the pump. However, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling with your specific product to verify the smoothness of dosing and comfort in use.
The packaging can be reused provided that hygienic principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to prevent contamination of the new product. For disinfection we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol in cosmetic grade, which you can find in our range, for example IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let the packaging dry thoroughly and only then refill it.
Before reuse we recommend thoroughly rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent or with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinsing it well with clean water and letting it dry. After drying, it is advisable to disinfect the inner space and the individual parts of the dispenser using alcohol (for example with products available on Handymade) and again let everything dry completely. In this way you minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the new product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to local waste sorting rules and according to the information given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website. The glass part of the packaging is usually sorted into the container designated for glass, and the plastic components of the dispenser (for example the pump body and the cap) into sorted plastic waste, unless the product parameters state otherwise. Before placing into sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the packaging and remove product residues so that recycling is as efficient as possible.
To select suitable packaging, we recommend using the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Using the filter, you can narrow the offer according to several parameters – especially the type of neck, packaging size, colour and material. Thanks to this, you will quickly find pharmaceutical bottles, bottles, jars or other containers that best correspond to your product and the intended method of dispensing.
