White vinegar 10% has a higher concentration than ordinary kitchen vinegar and is increasingly used in household green cleaning. It is environmentally friendly and in combination with baking soda becomes an indispensable helper.

White vinegar effectively removes limescale in the kitchen, bathroom and in appliances such as kettles or teapots or washing machines. Soak a seated shower head in a mixture of vinegar and water to clean out any clogged holes.

The combination of water and vinegar also works great for washing mirrors and windows. If you apply 10% white vinegar to the clogs and add baking soda if they're very dirty, you'll restore them to their original cleanliness.

White vinegar is also used in laundry as a replacement for fabric softener, it can handle stains while preserving colours, it also helps brighten white.

In the garden it works very effectively for organic weed control.
