When choosing a bottle, it is crucial that it has the same neck type and thread as this cap. It is recommended to always first test a single sample combination, check the sealing, the comfort during dispensing and the behaviour of the cap during long-term use.

For disinfection, we recommend, for example, isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol 1 l or plant-based ethanol Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. Only after the disinfectant has completely dried is the cap ready for reuse.

First, it is advisable to disassemble the cap as far as the design allows without damage. Remove product residues by rinsing in warm water with a mild detergent and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. After mechanical cleaning, disinfection follows – the use of alcoholic solutions is practical, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alkoholu or 96 % rastlinného etanolu, with which you treat the surface and internal parts of the closure. Let the cap dry completely at room temperature, and only then put it back onto the container to prevent dilution or contamination of your formulation.

If you decide not to use the cap any more, we recommend first removing product residues by rinsing it in clean water. Then follow the information on the type of plastic and the recycling symbol given in the product parameters or directly on the closure. According to this, place the cap in the appropriate sorted waste (usually in the plastic container), in accordance with local waste collection rules. If you are not sure whether your collection point accepts the given type of plastic, it is advisable to check the recommendations of the local municipality or collection company.
