Glass bottle with dispenser is a professional packaging solution ideal for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid preparations in small quantities. Thanks to the high‑quality glass and the practical dispensing system, it is suitable for cosmetic formulations, laboratory solutions and concentrated blends where dose control and protection of the contents during storage and use are important.
This glass bottle is sold as a stand‑alone package and is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options (for example screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected in the product detail. Combinations of containers and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Glass is generally a very stable and inert packaging material, therefore this bottle is also suitable for formulations with a higher proportion of active components or aromatic oils. However, we always recommend performing your own stability test with the specific composition and verifying the behaviour of the product in the packaging over a longer storage period.
The bottle can be safely reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the container must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After disinfection, allow the bottle to dry completely, check the functionality of the dispenser and only then refill it.
First we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution or with warm water and a mild detergent to remove residues of the original product. Then thoroughly rinse the container with clean water and disinfect it using alcohol, for example the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant‑based. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry in a clean and dust‑free place.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste‑sorting rules and the information in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle usually only needs to be emptied and rinsed and then placed in the container designated for glass. The plastic dispenser is normally sorted with plastic waste according to the material designation in the parameter table. Before disposal, we recommend separating the individual parts of the packaging so that recycling is as effective as possible.
