Plastic bottle – brown pharmaceutical bottle 115 ml represents a practical and professional packaging suitable for precise dosing as well as safe storage of liquid formulations. The dark design helps protect more sensitive contents from light, which makes the bottle usable for a wide range of cosmetic and technical preparations. The volume and dimensions are designed so that the packaging can be conveniently filled, labelled and used in home-based and small-scale artisanal production.
The standalone plastic pharmaceutical bottle is designed to be compatible with various types of closures and dosing methods according to the parameters selected in the product detail. It can be combined with screw caps, dropper inserts, pipettes, spray heads or practical applicators, which allows it to be easily adapted to the specific type of preparation and the required dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that you observe basic hygiene rules. Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcoholic preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol (IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol) or plant-based ethanol (Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based). This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new formulation by residues of the previous product.
After emptying the packaging, we recommend first rinsing product residues thoroughly with a suitable cleaning solution (e.g. warm water with a mild detergent) and then rinsing with clean water. It is then necessary to disinfect the inner surface with alcohol – application or rinsing with a preparation based on isopropyl alcohol or ethanol is suitable. After disinfection, leave the packaging to dry completely at room temperature, ideally upside down, so that excess liquid can drain off and the risk of residual moisture inside the bottle is minimised.
After clicking on the selected packaging category on Handymade.sk, you will find an advanced filter at the top of the page, which will help you quickly select a suitable bottle or jar. Products can be filtered according to neck type, size, colour and material, which makes it easy to adapt the packaging to the specific formulation and to the visual style of your brand. We recommend combining several filters at the same time (for example material + neck) in order to obtain the most accurate possible selection of products.
The plastic pharmaceutical bottle is light and impact-resistant, so it is suitable for normal carrying and for shipping products within standard packaging. To achieve optimum tightness, it is important to choose a compatible closure with a suitable sealing element and always to carry out a leak test with the specific formulation. When shipping, we recommend additionally securing the packaging (e.g. with shrink film or secondary packaging) and fixing it properly with void fill material in the box to minimise movement during transport.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend, after emptying and basic rinsing, handing it over to sorted waste collection according to the type of plastic indicated in the product parameters and the recycling symbol on the packaging. It is advisable to separate the bottle from the closure or inserts if they are made of a different material, so that the individual components can be properly processed in the recycling system. If local recycling rules specify a particular sorting method for the given type of plastic, follow the instructions of your collection yard or municipal waste management company.
