Glass bottle – dropper bottle with white-silver spray pump 30 ml is an elegant and practical packaging for delicate liquid forms where controlled application via a fine mist is required. Thanks to the high-quality glass and carefully selected spray pump, it is suitable for filling products where an accurate dose, even application and a professional appearance of the final packaging are important.
The packaging is ideal for cosmetic formulations that require clear glass, a neutral interaction of the material with the contents, and hygienic dosing without direct contact with the skin. The spray pump enables convenient use for face, body and hair products and helps reduce product consumption during everyday use.
The packaging can be reused if handled carefully, but always only in compliance with basic hygiene principles. Before each refilling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of affecting the stability of the new filling.
The bottle with spray pump is particularly suitable for liquid preparations with low viscosity that must be applied in the form of a fine mist. These include, for example, face and body toners, hydrolats, light hair sprays, refreshing facial mists, disinfectant and cleaning sprays or aromatherapeutic blends. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, it is necessary to test in advance whether the given formulation reliably passes through the nozzle and does not cause clogging.
First, we recommend rinsing the bottle and spray pump components as much as possible with lukewarm water and a suitable mild cleaning agent that can be easily removed from the surface. It is then appropriate to shake out the packaging, rinse it with clean water and allow it to dry thoroughly. Before refilling, disinfection is important, for example by rinsing the inner surface and spray mechanism with alcohol from products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the bottle ready for a new filling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be sorted into glass collection after emptying and basic rinsing. The spray pump and any plastic or metal parts should be separated and sorted according to the material type in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The exact method of collection is governed by the information in the product parameter table and by the recommendations of your collection system.
